- Meeting at your offices and going over the requirements for your position(s) through in-depth conversations about each specification, your culture and the ideal candidate profile;
- Being diligent in sourcing the candidate profile you are trying to identify, with special attention to the “cultural” aspects of the candidate in addition to skill requirements;
- Constructing a detailed “target list” of companies from which you would ideally like to see candidates;
- Thoroughly screening each identified candidate with an “in person” meeting either at our offices or using our advanced video interviewing technology: candidates will be thoroughly vetted prior to submission, and references will be checked;
- Updating you frequently on our progress, candidate evaluations and the overall Status of the search;
- Providing guidance in all of the “logistics” of the search including scheduling, candidate travel, interview alignment and compensation negotiations;
- Upon offer, advising on the necessary steps to secure a completed search that results in long term benefits to the client, as well as to the candidate’s career.
